My interest in hair and skincare started early. Growing up, my natural hair was not cared for consistently, and my great-grandmother often said it was “stunted” and would not grow. I spent most of my childhood in braids, not by choice, but simply because that was the routine.

As I got older, I began learning about natural hair care for myself. I researched ingredients, studied routines, and started experimenting with healthier practices. Even without the right tools at first, I saw improvements. My hair began to thrive in ways I had never experienced growing up.

At the same time, I became passionate about skincare, especially hyperpigmentation, uneven tone, ingrown hairs, and dryness. The more I learned, the more I saw how natural ingredients could create real, longterm results.

Over the years, I took classes, researched deeply, and refined my understanding of natural formulation. JOURNE COSMETICS did not appear overnight; it was developed intentionally through knowledge, patience, and experience.

Today, JOURNE COSMETICS is the result of everything I have learned, a brand focused on healthy hair, clear skin, and simple daily routines that work for men, women, teens, children, and aging adults.

HAIRCARE ROUTINE

2–3 Times Weekly

Apply a few drops directly to the scalp and gently massage using your fingertips. Can also be applied to hair ends to seal in moisture and reduce breakage.

Massage (2–3 minutes)

Supports absorption and helps soothe the scalp.

Weekly (1–2 times weekly)

Deep Treatment (Pre-Wash Routine)

Apply generously and leave on for 20–30 minutes before washing and conditioning.
